The group worked very hard to achieve this in a short time.
There are 20 triangles on it at the moment and some members decided to do more at home.
Can't wait to see it.

Hi there!

Thanks for popping over to my blog!
I love making bunting and these personalised ones are great fun because I enjoy using up all the ends of bits of ribbon etc :-)
The applique is quite rough and ready...I just cut out a flower or whatever using pinking shears and zigzag stitch it onto the pennant. I don't back with fusible interfacing or anything. I like the shabby chic rough edges and I reckon that bunting isn't going to have any major wear and tear so it doesn't need careful turning over of edges. But mainly cos I'm an impatient so and so and can't be bothered (what a confession!!)
